• Maintain and update website with articles, original blog postings and video curated from our research
• Establish analytics and metrics for website (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Assist lab in establishing thought leadership in the area of peace innovation

• Research, identify and curate innovative, leading edge efforts around the globe related to peace and antecedents to peace
• Write original blog postings on topics related to peace innovation
• Assist lab in establishing thought leadership in the area of peace innovation

• Work with lab director to design conference themes and sessions
• Identify, invite and coordinate speakers
• Put together social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to publicize event
• Identify desired outcomes and design conference and interactions toward those outcomes

• Curate persuasive videos across the web that are related to peace and/or antecedents to peace
• Create persuasive videos related to peace and/or antecedents to peace
• Analyze what makes these videos persuasive and what outcomes, if any, can be attributed to these videos

• Work with director to establish social media strategy for PI Lab and PI Conference
• Set up analytics and metrics to track impact through Facebook, Twitter and other appropriate social media platforms
• Assist lab in establishing thought leadership in the area of peace innovation

• Establish an analytics framework for measuring behaviors related to peace
• Develop appropriate tools (API, other interfaces) to compile data

• Develop Facebook and other social platform apps that can nudge or encourage pro-social behavior in actionable, measureable ways

• Inspired by social innovation game platforms such as Urgent Evoke, we’re looking to create an engaging civic game that teaches and inspires Manor citizens to become change agents in their community.

• Work with Persuasive Tech Lab and Manor Labs to create Facebook apps for civic engagement

• Work with Persuasive Tech Lab and Manor Labs to create a domain-specific wiki around civic policy/research

• Develop a Nike+ app mashup that couples health and civic participation

• Help with the City of Manor’s current Semantic Web research & development.

• Create Facebook applications for conflict resolution interventions, track and review impact.

• Creating Moodle courses using state educational standards to provide homeless youth with mobile educational opportunities. Clearly establish ROI and ROE with sample.

• Engage students, professors and staff in peace.csueastbay.edu efforts. Collect and curate current efforts around campus. Work with established social media at EB to expand awareness of peace.csueastbay.edu.

• Measure current social capital using quantitative measures, establish impact of lab efforts over life cycle of effort.
